What Do You See?

High on the mountain where the wild winds blow,
Two mossy hands of giant stone arise,
To lift a golden thread above the skies,
Where misty clouds and drifting shadows go.
The travelers walk upon a gilded path,
Suspended high above the emerald trees,
Far from the crowded world’s chaotic wrath,
To catch the breathing of a mountain breeze.
Though modern hands have shaped this wondrous sight,
It feels as ancient as the earth below,
A bridge of dreams that captures heaven’s light,
And guides the soul to where the rivers flow.
Held safe within the grasp of ancient stone,
We walk mid-air, yet never feel alone.
