Nancy’s Notes: Wombats are short-legged, muscular marsupials native to Australia. They are the world’s largest burrowing mammals and are closely related to koalas and kangaroos. This specific individual is Patrick, a famous bare-nosed wombat who lived at the Ballarat Wildlife Park in Victoria, Australia, and was renowned for his unusually large size and gentle nature.

Cute and also huge! Reminds me of our prairie dogs who dig burrows, but they are small critters. haha for your fun poem, and the little song was good to watch. 🙂
