Our PoW, Destiny, asks us to write
a poem using one or more of the
Urdu words she has provided.
Inspiration from an image by
Brian at bushboys world.
My word choice is qaraar (قَرار), pronounced “kuh-RAAR”, which means “a quiet sense of peace, something that steadies you and helps you feel settled.

the morning sun breaks through the clouds,
casting silver on the bay,
a solitary vessel glides across the waters,
vast and deep,
in this quiet grace of qaraar,
the world slows down and finds its rest.

That’s beautiful Nancy 😀 The words move into the photo so well, so fluid.
Thanks for finding inspiration in my photo 🥰
