Written for RDP where Lou
challenges us with the word “chunk”.

O creamy delight with a caramel glow
Where ribbons of peanut butter lovingly flow
Each chunk of brittle sings crisp and sweet
A little triumph in every bite I eat
You turn an ordinary moment into bliss
A frosted masterpiece no lips could resist
With every scoop, my world grows still
A simple bowl becomes a thrill
Rich and nutty, chunky yet light
You linger long beyond the bite
No finer sensation could there be
Than this sweet frozen harmony

That peanut butter brittle ice cream surely looks like a tempting proposition with a friggin’ and humid 100 F outside! 😆
