Challenge using the image below as inspiration.
Rumors led the group of aspiring stand-up comedians to the rim of the Grand Canyon, in search of their idol, the legendary Unknown Comic. Each hopeful donned the signature paper bag, blending into the canyon walls. They scanned the vast, rugged layers below, waiting patiently for an iconic heckle.
Using his trekking pole as a microphone, the group’s leader declared, “The Grand Canyon is nice, but it’s no Gong Show!”

I always liked Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In better, but that show became real stupid after a while.

Agreed. The Gong Show/Chuck Barris reminded me of Soupy Sales, who I never cared for.
