Preposterous Picnic

 “hodgepodge” in exactly 55 words,

Twin sparrows hosted a hodgepodge picnic: quarrelsome blueberries debated broccoli while one pompous brown potato recited sonnets to bewildered worms. Everyone clapped politely when a sneezing squirrel crowned the banana-walnut muffin “King”. Laughter echoed across puddles, inspiring ducks to waltz backward with umbrellas balanced atop their beaks, forever celebrating cheerful absurdity beneath gleeful sunrise confetti.
