Written for RDP, where segoil asks us
to get creative with the word “fountain”.
Thanks, Heather! Here’s where the prompt took me.

One of our favorite places to go for a good burger or soup & sandwich is The Fountain Diner. It’s near to where our son lives and convenient for us to swing by his house, pick up the grands and go out to eat. There’s a nice family vibe at The Fountain; the booths are comfy, they don’t rush the customers, the food is good, and we get to spend time with our grandkids. What could be better? In another year, our eldest will be off to college; we want to spend as much time with her before the she flies off.
Family is everything.

Lovely thoughts, and a song by my favourite. Perfect! Didn’t MCC look young in that video!

My WP is playing up, but the Diner sounds like a great spot, Nancy, it’s time to turn this contraption, before I go madderer …
