RDP Friday: symmetry

Written for RDP, where Martha asks us
to get creative with the word “symmetry”.
Thanks, Martha! Here’s where the prompt took me.

Sharing a memory of my husband with his late twin brother.
I’m always moved by the symmetry in this photo.
They really made each other whole.

  1. Your husband is a twin! In my entire life I knew one set of twins. Rhonda and her sister were identical and they had so much fun when the sister came into our office to visit. Wonderful photo, great song.

    1. Identical twins, yes. Jim’s sudden death two years ago was devastating. I wrote a few stories and poems to help me get through that time. What a wonderful and beautiful relationship they had. We will miss Jim forever. Thanks so very much, Lois.
