Kat watch as Dillon approached smiling brightly, his confidence radiating like sunshine. He slid into the seat next to her and said, “Kat, I can’t stop thinking about you.”
Kat’s heart raced. “Really, Dillon? Tell me more.”
“Your perfume drives me wild. What’s it called?” he murmured.
“Shalimar” she whispered.
“Thanks!” Dillon declared. “Mimi’s gonna love it!”
“Mimi! Are you kidding me, Dillon?! I’ve never met anyone with such audacity! Why, I oughta level you right here, you jerk!”
