Our House

Ted and Marcy recently moved into their new home. They were anxious to fix up the split-level on a quiet cul-de-sac.

The couple loved the retro look of the house but the wallpaper in the bedroom had to go. Ted googled how to remove wallpaper and they began their work.

After a while, the section Marcy was working on started to fall away, revealing a lovely painting.

“Look at this, Ted. It’s our house!”

“What the…! Those are our cars on the driveway!”

“But that’s not possible, Ted. We just moved in!”

I’ve got a bad feeling about this, Marcy.”

  1. I can see it now: ” The Haunting of Marcy.” A ghost painter, leaving his work on the walls of the house during the night. Nice song, Nash wrote it about Joni Mitchell when they were shacked up in Laural Canyon.
