It makes me wonder how many other people’s comments I may have missed and I find myself asking the question “Am I so OC that I need to check every one of my posts for inadvertently unanswered comments?” The answer is a resounding “Yeah … no!”

There is always the option to check the Comments section at your WP menu, under Unreplied.
There will be pingbacks etc but also (perhaps) comments like the one in question.
