neon lights spin round
a rusty wheel as ghosts ride
in the dark night air

Nancy’s Notes: Zappai is a traditional Japanese 17-syllable poetic form that follows a strict 5-7-5 syllable structure, similar to a haiku, but without any requirement for a seasonal reference or nature theme.
