For years, she had feared the unknown, letting trivial worries weigh her down like lead. Then, one day, she realized the heavy cage around her heart was merely an illusion and the chains dissolved when she finally chose to breathe again. Looking out at the vast golden horizon, her spirit felt light and bright, stretching across the sky like gossamer. She stepped forward into the warm morning light, unbound and entirely free at last.
