Written for SenHai Saturday where our host,
Susi asks us to write a senryu and haiku using
the image shown below as inspiration.

ancient spire endures
the sea hammers without rest
stones learn to let go

storm clouds press the shore
sea spray crowns the jagged rock
one wave, then silence
