Written for Cinquain Poetry Prompt #43 where our
inspiration is “rebel”. Here’s my mirror cinquain.

Rebel
Wild and restless
Defying, seeking truth
Lighting a spark within shadows
Outcast
Rebel
Swims against the heavy current
Rising to face a dare
Yells bold and fierce
Free soul
Rebel
Called Ione
Waiting, dreaming of change
Silence is a useless weapon
Vanguard
