This is my mirror cinquain.

I tripped
Dust in my mouth
Dented spirit, defeat
But the cheerleaders never stopped
Get up
Push on
No trumpet calls, just whispered words
Buck up and carry on
One step, then two
Now go

My pleasure, my friend … we were down and low at one stage … not homeless (almost) but relying on local charities for food … I didn’t bound back up, but we managed to survive that lowest of ebb tides …
