A baker quite plump, round and hale,
Feared stepping up on his scale.
“It shows that I weigh
More than yesterday!”
He’d declare with a sorrowful wail.

Thanks, Suzanne! I only get weighed at the doctor’s office; I threw out my scale years ago along with my alarm clock. Who needs added stress and negativity in life? 😂
