Almost Paradise

Adam and Eve sitting in a tree
S – I – N – N – I – N – G
“Have a bite,” she said to he
And you will be as smart as me!”

Adam, being a typical man
Did as his woman did command
A voice from above yelled “Well, Goddamn!
The two of you, get off of my land!”

Adam and Eve were all alone
For their Father did disown
They now must reap what they have sown
And Paradise is sinfully overgrown

      1. Always!
Leola always laughs when I listen to the Bridge on the satellite when I’m in the car. Do you know all the words to all the songs? Of course! I’ve only listened to them for 50 years!
It’s also funny when a song has a brand new life with a new artist and the kids ask me how I know the lyrics!
