Our inspiration is “the light”.
This in my Cinquain.
Whisper
Soft hues spill out
Across the canvas sky
Sun rays peak through soft pastel clouds
Dawn breaks

Nancy’s Notes: The Cinquain (also known as quintain or quintet) is a short, usually unrhymed poem consisting of 22 syllables distributed as 2, 4, 6, 8, 2 in 5 lines. The Cinquain most commonly used is the American Cinquain created by Adelaide Crapsey.
