It’s great, isn’t it. They have nearly 600 covers to their name, including many for Christmas. They have even managed a version of the ubiquitous one that I liked and played.

That was excellent! Their guitarist is incredible and Audra still manages to look adorable singing GNR. Unfortunately, I am now craving grilled sausages at 9:30 AM! 😂

She was only 16 when they did that. The band was started by a music teacher who got some of his students to join him. Audra joined a little later: she went to a gig and volunteered to take the place of their original vocalist, who was leaving. They have approaching 2m YouTube followers and over 660m views of their videos. That one does make you crave a BBQ, doesn’t it?

That’s quite a background story. I just read that the guitarist, Matt Yost, is no longer with them. I hope whoever they get to replace him is just as good, if that’s possible. That young man is an amazing talent.

You’re right. This is Ryan Krysiak on guitar. The drummer IS terrific. Bunch of talented young people. Other than Eartha Kitt’s original, this is the only version of Santa Baby I like.

Ryan is the teacher who started the band. He played bass until Matt left and then moved up to lead guitar. They are all very talented, aren’t they.
It’s a good version of the song, isn’t it 😊
