Get That Cat-A-Comb!

© NAR

Happy Halloween! Sharing a pic of Galaxy, our granddaughter’s cat, in his vampire cat costume. Those eyes really get the blood pumping! Yes, he’s all black and perfectly gorgeous!

Playful, loving and lovable, it’s impossible to comprehend how Galaxy spent the first four years of his life in the animal shelter waiting to be adopted! He’s a sweetheart, the perfect playmate …. the only cat we know who plays fetch! …. and now has a loving home with our son, his wife and their little girl.

Word is Galaxy is hoping for lots of treats tonight, the fishier the better!

Wishing you a Halloween as happy and cool as this cat! 🐈‍⬛

    1. He is all that and more! The moment my family walked into the animal shelter, Galaxy ran to them and jumped into my DIL’s lap. They were a perfect fit and it was as though he was waiting for them! I don’t know how anyone could have passed up this sweet boy for all those years.❤︎ Thanks, Michele, Happy Halloween to you, too! 👻

            1. Our son’s SB, Lady, is the biggest dog I have ever seen; she’s the size of a small cow and as strong as one, too. I can’t get too close or else she’ll knock me down and I can’t afford to take a tumble. Their first dog was a choc lab, also a big girl. I don’t know what it is with them and large dogs …. maybe because everyone in their house is very tall! 😅

              1. Could be. My boss had friends who had a St Bernard and this dog adored my boss. he visited one day and the dog launched himself with pleasure and knocked my boss (almost 20stone) off his feet. Dog and boss went through the door and reduced it, and the frame, to match wood. Both were OK though. I prefer big dogs, Maggie was a welsh collie cross springer spaniel and 14kgs for most of her adult life. Maya is the biggest shepherd I’ve had at 35/ 36kgs . The others were around 30 to 32kgs. Love ’em all.
