I had completely forgotten about ‘Runaround Sue’ despite it being one of the first songs I remember ever falling head over heals for. I ended up marrying and divorcing a ‘Sue’ too. Thanks for the fond memories haha

Umm, Nancy do you remember Tom ala ‘Dylan’? Destiny a keen follower of him asked if I had heard from him and I hadn’t. I was wondering if you had since you read his posts?
His penultimate post was June 26th:
‘I’m quiet, words few…can’t concentrate, is this real…doctors words, echoing…is this my day of reckoning……..’

As you know, Matt, I’ve been away, but I did notice Dylan was not posting much before I left. No, I have not heard anything from him and now that you mention his post of June 26, I wonder if there could be cause for concern. Do you know if his contact info was listed on his page?

Hi Nancy, thanks for responding despite your recent absence from the blogging world. I just replied to one of Tom’s posts asking him to report back in…and Destiny said she had replied to him in that actual June 26 post and no reply as well. I couldn’t find a ‘contact’ email even though I tried resubscribing (although I was already subscribed) to his blog to get it. Umm..I’m not sure from here what’s happening.

I’m not sure what to do either other than check his post from June 26 and if I didn’t reply, then I will do so now and ask how he’s doing. I suppose it’s possible he on vacation. If I hear anything, I’ll let you know.

Thanks Nancy. As I was saying to Destiny perhaps Tom is a ‘drifter’ in blogger world, which occurs frequently. I hope we can get a response if not, then that’s how it goes. Such is life.
