In keeping with the three theme, my flash
is 33 words exactly. Here’s my take.
She was quite done, years of shushing the noisy, guarding the quiet. She’d quit counting how many times she’d whispered “Quite! Quiet, please!” until the words quit making quite any sense at all.

Thanks for joining in Nancy. I was a school librarian for my two senior years at grammar school. I loved it, and in my free periods and breaks, you’d always find me in the library.

Yes I can imagine how keeping the atmosphere serene and noice free can be taxing.

on that they’re quite strict
it’s a library rule
