Written for Crispina’s Crimson’s Creative
Challenge #056. I chose pic #3.
Here’s where the image took me.

In the quiet of the garden, a spider weaves its web
Silent and steady, spinning with delicate thread.
With precision it crafts a masterpiece so fine,
A glistening tapestry, a work of art divine.
Each strand, each pattern perfectly spun,
Creating a sanctuary under the sun.
Mesmerizing detail, a marvel to behold,
The spider weaves a web of stories untold.
A dance of silk and skill, a ballet in the air,
The spider pirouettes with grace and flair.
A symbol of patience, of strength and grace,
Glistening in the sun, this secret hiding place.

A lovely poem – aren’t spiders clever?

Thanks, Michele! I like that line too! 😄 With everything that’s been written about spiders/webs and Halloween right around the corner, it wasn’t easy coming up with new material. 🕷️ 🕸️

Thanks very much, Ange! I love playing some tunes by the Heep once in a while; good memories.
PS – It’s been a little while since I’ve seen you posting. I wonder if WordPress arbitrarily ousted me as one of your subscribers. Grrr!
