Zenith, the academy’s most proficient female fighter pilot, paused to inhale the intoxicating bouquet of Celestial Twilight flowers – freshly cut for Skyhawk, her beloved. She thought about their first encounter as academy cadets. Skyhawk said she was too “demure and girly” to make it in the Rebel Alliance. Over the years she proved him wrong at every turn. Kneeling, Zenith placed the flowers on Skyhawk’s grave. “Goddamn Stormtroopers” she sobbed.
