Sammi at Weekend Writing Prompt is asking us to
write something original in exactly 38 words,
using the word “gregarious”. This is my response.
Look at that old skinflint!
He’s always been the cheapest, nastiest SOB in town.
Now he’s all chipper, greeting people with friendly smiles.
I’ve been wondering where this sudden gregarious attitude is coming from.
Two words: employee discount!
