Our friend, Jim Adams, promised me a copy of his famous Broccoli & Cheese Casserole recipe which he makes every Thanksgiving. Being a man of his word, he posted the recipe and now I am re-blogging for all of you to enjoy. Whether you celebrate Thanksgiving or not, this delicious recipe is sure to be a favorite at any time throughout the year. Thanks, Jim!

I like the sound of it – though cups, spoons and ounces sound a bit foreign to us over here!

So funny, Nancy and even though it is not actually funny, that is what makes it funny. Thanks for sharing this video and I am really glad the lady was chopping broccoli rather than onions.

Jim, I remember that silly song from an episode of Saturday Night Live and I knew I wanted to use it. I’m glad you enjoyed it! I’m also glad she wasn’t chopping on onions; I’m not a fan.
